whispers is another one of the darker themed ones that no one puts on their predictions lists, like shadow and twilight, to me these are no brainer the class needs something to fill this end of the spectrum picks. I'm getting a sense that they are putting in things to fill more feywild and shadowfell rolls for classes that didn't have a good choice. Horizon walker, glamor, dreams, shadow sorc, whispers, if there not doing it on purpose... they maybe should. also doing a lot of give every magic class a healer build - celestial, divine soul, dreams was talked up as a specifically healer build even though druid is pretty much a healer class already. guess I'll write down my predictions list for whats left. Bard- swords, Cleric- Grave, (only cause death isn't AL legal, pretty even odds otherwise) Druid- Shepard and twilight, (druid is the class most hurting for options) already have a full slate of fighter, Monk - Kensai, Drunken, Paladin- Conquest, Redemption, Rogue - Scout nothing else to put here.... I'll be kinda miffed when the video for it comes out. Sorc - think we might be done, the rest are all elementalists not sure if they are strong enough a theme on their own. warlock - Hexblade good as confirmed. Maybe someday my Queen. Wizard - Theurgy (war magic just sounded like the midpoint of abjuration evocation and eldritch night, where as theurgy is something completely different) Barbarian and Ranger I honestly have no clue about I have no feel for the barbarian as a class, and monster slayer for ranger was the only big surprise for me so far. though I should have seen it coming, the Trio of subclasses UA kinda gave me the impression that they were replacements for classes from the rest of the class UA that didn't make the cut when they didn't have enough for that class. I'd expect the Ranger that doesn't make it between the Guardian and Stalker to pop up again at some point somewhere else. guessing the safe bets on stalker though barring a revised ranger surprise. Really more interested in hearing about what didn't make it and why at this point. and omg I'm spending too much time here.
