Proposed new uses for Action Points:
- You may use an Action Point to instantly attain Psionic Focus as a Swift action.
- If you are already Focused, you may expend an Action Point to gain the effect of expending your Psionic Focus, without in fact expending your Psionic Focus.
- You may expend an Action Point as a Free action to boost your caster level by +4 for the purpose of overcoming PR for an entire encounter. (Duplication of existing UA use, but for PR instead of SR.)
