[YB] Angel Vs Abagail - Round 4 - Judge Needed

Angelsboi

First Post
A dark figure walks the road dotted with tiny paper lanterns, an obvious sign of a festive gathering.

"It has been a while since i have been home, since that fateful day i just left. I have been dishonored by i found my path."

The figure in a dark hooded robe and cloak kept walking forward and scaned the crowd. He waded in and hovered above the ground and threw off his cloak and robe revealing torn, faded blue jeans, a nice muscled body and dark, ebony angel wings. His black frumpled hair and even darker eyes peirced their souls.

"I hearby call forth any white belt to take me on and prove their worth. I am Angel!"

He looks around and points to one person he knows will step up. "I find your servant to be malodorous, your kingdom to be infectious, and your dojo to be absent."

Angel
White Belt 0 - 0

OOC: There aren't many White Belts left at current and I had been tossing around starting this one, so...

IC:
The crowd parts. A small framed young woman is left standing where there were many. She raises her eyes to meet the stare of Angel.

"Are you speaking to little old me?! Someone should teach you some manners, or at least the proper way to insult a person."

I find your teacher to be irrelevant, your bedroom to be infested, and your insult to be brazen.

"My name is Abigail and I shall be most happy driving that smug face of yours into the ground."

Abigail
White Belt
0 - 0

Ange raises an eyebrow. "Bedroom to be infested? Sounds like you need work my lady."

((OOC Thanks MidKnight. I appreciate this =) But why do i suddenly picture Mother Abigail Freemantle from The Stand O.o'))

OOC: Hadn't thought of that one... :)

IC:
Abigail steps forward as she allows her travelling cloak to fall from her shoulders. Her build is small and unimposing, but there burns a fire in her green eyes that cannot be quenched.

She reaches back behind her head and releases two hairpins with a deft movement of her wrist. The wind catches her long red hair and whips it around her head.

Laughing, she replies, "You should really get that termite problem taken care of before your whole house falls apart!"

She steps closer and her voice drops down to a less-than-playful tone. "Perhaps, if you had the wisdom to realize that your insults cannot be backed up by your lack of fighting skills, you would leave your master in search of someone who can teach you how to fight instead of talk."

The smile comes back to her face then. "Will anyone step forward to deliver the will of the Ancient Masters for us?"

"Hello there!" A small fae smiles, coming from behind the two fighters, "Ah, new blood...it's always good to see some young ones fight...oops, pardon me if I got a little carried away, my name's Sylf!" The fae takes a curt bow, "While Abigail's insults are a little more personal, Angel insults Abigail on a more grand scale, kingdom and all! Insults to Angel."

Sylf taps his foot, waiting for you both to start, after a little while, he slaps his head, "I forgot to give you the starting proclaimation, silly me." He hurriedly looks for something in his pockets, finally pulling out a letter.

"The Great Rubber Chicken has decreed this match to take place at the clouds south-west of Blackrock Pass on the day of the grasshopper."

"Ok, now you can begin." The fae hops backwards onto a log to get a better viewpoint of the fight.

Day of the Grasshopper

Angel is at home admid his clouds not too far from Blackrock Pass. He spies Abagail trying to stay footed on the clouds. he chuckles.

"Well my friend, if you are ready, we shall begin until you or I have won two flags."

Angel does a couple of backflips and begins transforming. When he is finished flipping, his form of a large black wolf is complete. He starts charching towards Abagail and as he charges, a bunch of cherry blossom trees start sprouting up around her and as she prepares for the assault, Angel is gone.

Letting down her guard, an invisibile force hits her and Angel fades in.

"Always be one with thy surroundings lady!"

He prepares to redirect the little grasshopper freshlings attack back against her with his feathers.

The wolf becomes one with the orchard; redirects the slash of the insect! *yen*

Abigail spins with the impact of the blow. As she comes back around, Angel sees the long-handled trident sweeping towards him!

The little red-headed girl angrily forces her way through Angel's deception by use of sheer will-power. "You cannot hide from me little bird! I SEE YOU!!!"

The trident destroys the plain; angrily dominates the speed of the bird! *yen*

"Interesting choice of style, very impressive...although I think I'm going to have to give this round to the stronger offense, Point and two yen, Abigail!" The fey sits calmly, playing his flute as a bird flies over to Abigail's side, dropping two shiny coins at her feet.

1 flag Abigail, 0 flags Angel.

(Angelsboi, Speed matches are limited to 3 flags, so I'm not sure whether you want a 3 flag speed match, or a 2 flag standard match, i'll edit this later on today if you want a 2 flag standard.)

Abigail rolls backwards and executes a great hand-spring. She propells her small body to the sky. From high above the party, she watches Angel on his clouds as she prepares an aerial defense.

The northstar leaps higher than the paradise; wards off the efforts of the sky!
