Explorer
Gustaf stands ready to be teach a lesson to any white belt who would wish a battle, ready to learn a lesson from any higher belt, ready to test himself against any equal belt, and ready to battle any dark hearted character that would approach him!

[*] As an apprentice of light, Gustaf automatically forfeits insults, however, he is not obligated to do battle with anyone.
[*] I will accept challenges from all white belts, regardless.
[*] I will accept challenges from all 2nd tier fighters, regardless.
[*] I will accept challenges from 3rd tier Light, Dark, and Yakuza fighters most likely.
[*] I will accept challenges from 4th tier Light and Dark Fighters.
[*] I will not accept challenges from anyone higher than 4th tier, unless it is a Light fighter.[/*]

Slarzog approaches, pointing a green, clawed hand at Gustaf.
"You will have the honor of being my first victim!"
Snarling ferociously, he balls his fists and takes a combat stance.

Gustaf cracks his knuckles. "Excellent choice of match type, but not what I expected. I could have sworn a pit fighter like yourself was fond of standard speed matches, but now I seem to find my philosophy disproved."

Gustaf waits for the style of the day to be declared, ready to hear the ancient master's decree.

Three ancient judges toddle towards the fighters. they are followed by a heavily laden flag girl. Hearing the type of fight requested they consult. As they consult their flag girl arranges their chairs, drinks and sushi bar.

Finally the oldest and thinnest of the judges speaks, "A four flag match will last a very long time for fighters such as yourselves as you are essentially required to win four or more flags in a row in order to win. We will allow it but if the fight goes too long realize that we will call sudden death when we deem it appropriate. If you wish a shorter match you may request one..."

The youngest and roundest of the judges speaks, "The ancient masters have decreed this match to take place at the plain north of the Citadel of Lord Lao on the evening of the mantis."

Slarzog's First Hand
1: The fang storms the castle; absorbs the touch of the body!

2: The blizzard parts the grotto; guards against the drive of the feline!

3: The jade staff seeks in the midst of the sea; parries the touch of the grass!

4: The nunchaku tramples the canyon; reduces the speed of the abomination!

5: The scorpion ravages the peaks; protects against the quickening of the wood!

No, I did not... You appear to have Holy Day, and according to the initiative rules you would go first... Or is there something I'm missing?

But I trust your superior knowledge of the rules, so...

Slarzog jabs Gustaf with his sharp claws, tensing his muscles against the counter attack.
The fang storms the castle; absorbs the touch of the body!

My bad... I forgot I was a holy warrior again (OOC of course). I'm almost always an honor fighter, and I'm not adjusted to going first unless I'm green belt or higher (chi strike) or I'm against someone with a DT.

Anyway, my bad.

The hammer sucker punches the foothills; shields the throw of the pole!

Gustaf stands still till his opponent attempts to attack him in melee (anticipating that much) and then hammers his strong arm into the low side of his opponent's chest.
