If it's alright with Togashi and the Judge..I'll forfit the insults to him as long as he agrees to have this match a style speed match and the number of flags determined by him....

"Whatever you say, bub. You wanna forfeit the insult round, that's okay by me. For the moment, I'll let you know that your new fight is gonna be in a different location since the last battlefield was kinda blown away with Rathan's last attack. So here's the lowdown on the new fight location.

"The ancient masters have decreed this match to take place at the fountain north-west of Xiang-Xia Province on the dusk of the fox."

I'll agree to these standards.

7 Flags it is! Good and heartful, with a high chance of three different hands... That's what I want.

Rathan, I assume I'll have to wait for you to gen your first move before I need to gen mine.

After a day of rest, Togashi is once again ready to fight, no worse for the previous night, he feels well enough educated about his opponent to continue their equal competition.

CS, please re-post Sanctus's stats for easy reference.

So we are go for a speed/style match of 7 flags then? If so, then Rathan can go ahead and post first until Chi Strike is used. Unless that is something which changed in the new rules. I'll go see if I can figure it out and come back to let ya know.

*As rathan looks his formenr stundent up and down... he mermurs a few low toned acient words and for a split second Sanctus Togashi sees a wolfen form of sorts where rathan was standing*

*Rathan takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly.... he studies his opponents body... where he might have weak spots from there last encounter not more than an hour ago...*

*Rathan... thinking quickly....goes for higher ground.... and a place to hide while he maps out his perfect attack on Sanctus Togashi....*

*From the top of a near-by cliff Rathan sees his former student and makes a tumbling leap for him.... tring to dominate his opponent with a few rapid kicks to the head and chest like a jackhammer to gravel.....*

OOC: man I hate these matches... :D I told you I'm no good at them....

The wolf tumbles from the cliff; dominates the aggression of the sands!

The panther stands over the shrine; slashes through the onslaught of the body!

"Good and noble Rathan, I feel it wise to inform you that although we have won the same number of matches, my losses are far far greater than your own. Have confidence that all things must come full circle."

Sanctus Togashi grasps two small wooden training blades from his sacred armament brough from the mountains of the Mirumoto Niten School. He takes these weapons, relaxes his bones, and stands stiffly, ready to pounce with the bounding spring of the Panther, ready to deflect attacks with his off-hand blade.

"The Mirumoto Niten School teaches the art of two blades in use. What differs us from the Mantis Clan's Yoritomo technique is that the off-hand is entirely used for defense by the Mirumoto Niten School. This is my true battle stance. They Hyugen Yari is a Unicorn weapon, developed to be used to shatter Oni opposition. This is a technique practiced for the wars of man."

In an effort to bruise the opponent, Sanctus uses his primary hand to strike while defending with the left side of his body. One mind operating two halves independantly, Togashi risks a slip of the foot in order to bring his opponent to the ground where there will be no advantage.

Patch claws a mark on a new wall and pronounces, "Sanctus takes the cake this round."

Round 1: Sanctus Togashi- 1 flag; Rathan- 0 flags

Sorry it took me so long to post you guys. I'll try to keep up better from now on.

(OOC: I'll just go ahead and post my randomly genned move and stuff now, so long as Rathan is ok with this.)

The ruby weasel tumbles next to the brush; waves away the cut of the ice!

"Good, this goes well."

"Yoritomo practices the rolling wave, I practice the Niten Mastery technique. It is a technique only performed by the most dextrous. As I stated, it is utterly made for defense."

Sanctus proceeds to tumble his blade, with fire in his eyes, he deflects every blow he can off to the side directing his movements over towards the brush. He waves away every strike that comes down upon him, every cold cut must be deflected, for the art of the Niten Technique is to prevent all injury. A simple wound can be fatal, resulting in infection, can protect your charges during the next battle. The wars of disease, or death. Every blow must be prevented, to save ones self so that you man must be defensive, in the holy mountains of the dragon clan, where peace is obtained from the inside, not the outside.

When the opportunity presents itself, Sanctus charges his own mind, "I will cut back against his offense, as it is my only option. This battle must be fought from the defensive side till strong Rathan is weary enough that I can make my mark on his chest with this wooden training blade." Sanctus focuses, knowing this is the only way to demonstrate the Mirumoto Niten technique in it's true form.

Rathan moves with the speed of a raging blizzard... his movement planned and perfect.... His eyes fixed on one object.... Sanctus! He darts back and fourth making a very hard target to his and as he reaches within ten feet of Sanctus... Rathan jumps high... his robe catching the wind flailing back a fourth as rains scattering blows apon his former student like freezing rain apon a cold winters day....

The blizzard scatters the ocean; shields against the thrust of the body!

Rathan then proceeds to try and land firmly apon Sanctus and throws him away some distance to nullify any sort of retaliation....

Rathan does something not expected now... he unleashes another attack while Sanctus is cought off guard....

Fists of Fury

Rathan moves close, way to close for comfort as Sanctus is wise and may strike before Rathan can preform his move... but he must try anyways.....

Rathan uses his backflip high kick and tries to catch Sanctus square in the jaw as his backflips away from Sanctus giving himself some breathing room from his most worthy opponent.....

The tiger flips from the brush; dodges the onslaught of the fortification!
