The rules and frames pages are linked off the generator. I don't particularly care which page Wicht wants to designate as the "front end", but the main page should have links to all the other pages.

IMO, the generator really should be the "front" page. That's all people need most of the time. The frames page will probably only be looked at once or twice per person, and the rules page is only needed when leveling up or during a rules dispute. In contrast, the generator is used all the time.
