Kalath enters the door the cultists were guarding and looks around warily, wondering where the 'most high propentates' might be.

duh... yep they are 8 CR, the other cultist were 6 CR...so you are right 16 total hits of experience.

The door opens revealing a long hallway going west with a door at the far end on the southern wall.

The hallway is empty.
