yet another haste question

if,while hasted, i first use the partial action to do a partial charge into melee, when does the AC penalty from charging end? does it last till the next time my initiative count comes up again, or does it end on my next action? e.g. full attack action

Usually it is until the first action in your next round, but i agree it is not entirely clear here. Expertise is until the next round, so I would assume charge does the same.

You have the -2 until the begining of your next round. Sorry, no free charges without penalty from Haste.

oh, it does in fact say for one round. *sigh* not quite sure what i was thinking of but, this seems yet another example of why one (or perhaps just me) should not start new threads at 1:30am!
