There seems to be some conflict on the 3.5 version of Dodge: originally everyone assumed it was raised to a +2 bonus. Then I seem to recall Andy Collins posting that Dodge received no change. Anyone have the last word on this?
Also, does anyone know if they're cleaning up some of the ambiguities re: intelligent magic items. There was a market price, but you had to pay for randomness, so it seemed; and it was unclear whether you could boost your intelligent item's int score, which could alter its abilities. What I'm getting at, is that the process wasn't well-presented (IMHO), and I was hoping someone heard something on this.
Finally (thanks for bearing with me through this
), does anyone know if you'll be able to upgrade "unique" weapons and armor such as holy avengers or celestial armors?
