Oh my god. I completely forgot about these. I had "The Star Crystal." What a great book! I guess I was lucky that the one I happened to have what was perhaps the best one according to the reviewer.

What is the state of the art of choose your own adventure books these days? There was so much going on back then...

EDIT: I wrote my own books in the style of Lone Wolf too. Hehe -- I wish I still had them, it would be a fun read.

Wow, I ran across one of my extremely worn copies the other day. I had # 6, the Star Crystal. I want to say I read or owned one of the others, but it disappeared over the years.

EDIT: Ah, looked over the list. I had # 10, the Planet Hunters, and I want to say I read Ultraheroes as well. Cool stuff.
