fatigued

A fatigued artist can neither run nor charge and takes a -2 penalty to Strength and Dexterity. Doing anything that would normally cause fatigue causes the fatigued artist to become exhausted. After 8 hours of complete rest, fatigued artists are no longer fatigued.

room service still has to cleanup the mess they make in front of their hotel room. and the guys from fiery dragon still end up taking care of the fatigued artist for the rest of the Con.

i guess someone from FD had a couple ranks in Heal
