Yes, whatever you do, DO NOT buy from NewWave. There are countless stories of customers being ripped off by them as well as plenty of unresolved complaints against them through the Better Business Bureau.

Trust me- I've been burned by them as well!

I'll add my voice to the chorus of those against Newwave. I got burned by them as well. I still use their site however to browse miniatures as they have the best selection and you can view most of the minis. I find what i want and order it somewhere else. I will never order from them again.

I've also had a problem in dealing with newwave, and would not recommend them. If you're buying non-collectible minis, or buying by collectibles by the pack, I'd recommend www.thewarstore.com Absolutely phenomenal customer service there. However, they don't sell singles.

I have used toywiz.com with great success. They have had all the singles I needed.

I have heard that popularcollections.com is good too.
