Your Gen Con tickets have the wrong locations, please read if you're going to Gen Con

Ok initially, if anyone didn't get the email blast the other day from Gen Con, please feel free to email me at marimacc (at) gmail.com, and I'll be happy to forward it to you.

One of the most important things in that email however is that the event locations, as printed on your ticket ARE PROBABLY WRONG. Just before you leave for Gen Con, please check the online reg system for the correct locations. You many also check the program guide onsite, but, there have been some changes since it went to press, mostly notably for some Omni events, so your most accurate listing would be at the online registration system. Sorry!!!

If you are a Gencon official, it might be good to put that information in your post. Also, links to the online place to check for the correct information and to an official announcement of this same information on the Gencon site would be a good idea so that people can confirm all of the information that you are sharing in your post.

I saw the subject (Update) and the first bit of text (Things shipped) and moved on. You may want to consider sending another email with a subject like (Your event locations are wrong).

Tickets you purchase onsite will be correct, and will call SHOULD be correct because the problem was fixed prior to most of the will call tickets being printed, but I would still check them just to be sure. Again, the best thing to do is check them via the online system; second best would be to check the program guide, and there will be an addendum sheet for that.

Um........yeah. The Con is still in Indy. So the badges are right I guess in that sense.

Well, actually, they began this year with the wacky hotel booking/cancellation/booking and continued into the event registration/crash/system meltdown. . .
