Took me a little while to find the hut. The Froghemoth(?) tends to draw the eye in that picture for me.

Did the Hut have a Time Lady witch associated with it?

When I ran the Reign of Winter adventure path I expanded on it with a bunch of time plot and different incarnation elements for "The Baba Yaga" along with the Hut that is bigger on the inside and can travel to different worlds. There can be a lot of rich overlap between Doctor Who and Baba Yaga in a D&D game if you want.

I know some people prefer to hand wave the end of fights when they feel the outcome is inevitable but I like seeing what happens and giving the players the satisfaction of all surrounding that final low CR monster and giving it a good group beat down.
