This is kind of buried in the middle of the thread, that may be why nobody has commented ... This is incorrect, by the standard rules. Subdual damage counts up from zero, and incapacitates a character when his subdual damage taken exceeds his current hit points; but there is no rule that subsequent subdual damage is treated as normal damage.
