Although I doubt she's the first one since the invention of the pottery wheel to ever thing of that catch phrase.

And I love that friggin show.

Seems Trump wants to copyright it and slap it on T-shirts and stuff. Funny, I think Vince McMahon's been using the phrase longer than either of them... ;)

I think how you protect it depends on how you use it. Since it's not identifying a product or company (e.g. You're Fired Fried Chicken) I think copyright is probably right, but IANA copyright L. :)
 

If I was her, I'd ask for a cash settlement, in exchange for his right to the catch phrase in use around her area.

With her retaining the right to sell her original products locally.
