I have yet to check out the local library here in Windsor, where I'm staying in residence, but in Brantford... good luck. They've only got certain books there, and it's the ones I've already read because a friend lent them to me!

It's a book club. You order some initial books for one dollar (plus S&H) and then get monthly mailings with new books, old books, and deals on movies and cd's and other stuff. By joining you agree to buy a few books over the next few years, which was never a problem for me in exchange for the deals on hardback Star Wars books!

Sorry it's just a link to the main page for joining. I initially put in a link straight to the NJO book deal for all 13 books, but then realized that it included being logged into my account! Ooops. So I had to change the link.

Agreed, you could. And I have done so on occasion when I don't have the money to buy a newer book. But for myself, my Star Wars books are also a collection. So I want to actually possess them and be able to go back and read them in chronalogical order when it pleases me to do so.

(I think I am currently unable to join an american or british book club or find it in a local library. I live in Germany where not all of the books have appeared yet. And usually joining anything online or paying money online requires a credit card, something I don´t own.)
