Pathfinder 1E [Zeitgeist] Pathfinder - Surgeon's Kit?

What does the Surgeon's kit (from the Zeitgeist Players guide) give you in Pathfinder? And does it give any bonus if you're already using a Healer's Kit?

This is an odd item that appeared in the 4e Player's Guide and had not rules associated iwth it, and was carried over to PF.

For what I would rule - this would act like a Healer's Kit in Zeitgeist, just further themed to the setting. A surgeon's kit would be more acceptable in higher technology and better educated regions, while some fringe groups (like the druids of Risur) would likely still use the herbs provided from a healer's kit.

Basically... treat as a themed healer's kit.

I have it so it allows the user to use his Intelligence bonus with Heal, rather than his Wisdom bonus.
