Hi Im Japanese D&Der plz teach me.

Zuoken's Centering(Dragon378)

Your hit points and number of healing
surges are based on your Wisdom instead of Constitution.
When you must make a Strength check, you can
use Wisdom instead, and your Athletics checks are
based on your Wisdom modifier.

I can use Wis modifier for Str Base Power Check by this feat?

Without it specifically saying "srength based attack rolls" or "strength based damage rolls" or a combination of the two, the feat won't affect strength based powers.

That said, it's still an awesome feat for 'Zerai monks.
