Following CaBaNa's suggestion, we looked into Gino's. My wife and I actually went there 16 years ago, but we are downtown, and virtually on foot, so we opted for Giordano's. I definitely recommend it! Their stuffed pizza is spectacular!

We're going up to the too of the Willis (Sears) Tower right after dessert.

BTW dimsdale: We're at the Palmer House downtown. Expedia found us an awesome deal!

Next time we'll be trying Giordano's, stuffed pizza sounds great!

Anyone else who may happen to visit Chicago, I found the City Pass to be very useful. Fewer lines and the attractions cost less, I thought it had to be ordered in advance, turns out I was wrong. (sorry for not mentioning it sooner H.M.)

OOC:
Rules Question: Prime Shot dagger states that character does 1 more damage if no allies are closer to the enemy then he is. No "if you attack with this weapon", or "melee attacks" or "ranged attacks" or whatever, it's static property.

Question is, would that apply then to all character attacks even if he attacks through separate imlement? I stress: there is no "when you attack with this weapon" wording

That agrees with my interpretation. The default rules for a weapon property is that they must be wielded to be effective, but only has to be used for the attack if specifically mentioned. It's why Staff of Ruin received errata.

I would say yes too, if that's exact wording. All properties are always on unless specified otherwise. Ki focus would override crit effects, on crit properties, on hit properties etc...but not 'passive' ones such as fire resistance or (in this case) damage

from the DDI
Ki Focuses and Weapon Attacks: If you use a magic ki focus, you can add its enhancement bonus to the attack rolls and the damage rolls of weapon attacks you make using a weapon with which you have proficiency. If you have both a magic ki focus and a magic weapon, you choose before you use an attack power whether to draw on the magic of the ki focus or that of the weapon. Your choice determines which enhancement bonus, critical hit effects, and magic item properties and powers you can apply to that power. You can’t, for example, use the enhancement bonus of your ki focus and the critical hit effect of your magic weapon on the same attack.

CaBaNa: No problem. My wife and I are members of the Cincinnati Museum Center, so all the museums and historical stuff (most of what we came for) is free for us.
