    I would argue that Fighter is one of the best, if not the best. In the end all he needs is Str, and that means you have a second stat you can level and use for something else. Wizard is also really good for x-classing for the same reason.

    I would also vote for the add-a-monster-option. I would further suggest minion. What's a Big Bad Evil Guy without minions (who are also easy to use). 4 minion for every extra player.

    Well, Cap is a Paladin in many ways. It fits his whole Charisma thing as well. MAD makes it hard to make a good CAP. If you go Paladin, just forget the Wisdom stat, and power up ST and CHA.
