How do I register Weathermaster by Milieu

Except I've never seen it work successfully. :)

How do I register Weathermaster by Milieu

Unfortunately, the software won't do you any good on a new PC, you have to fetch a new license key when installling Milieu's software on a new machine. ...and they appear to have fallen off the world. I purchased a license years back, and like you, I have a new machine, but I'm out of luck.

    D&D 3E/3.5 Why be a Fighter? (3.5)

I think these two comments illustrate a real problem with comparing "Class A" to "Class B". Situation changes everything. There are always going to be situations where one class excels over the others. However, in a good campaign, I'd expect varying tactical situations to provide...

    D&D 3E/3.5 Why be a Fighter? (3.5)

Hmm. I think I'm in the latter category. But not every time. I heat up frozen burritos because a flavorful meal takes time and effort. I'm lazy! :). Fortunately, the wife objects to "our daily burrito", so I'm *cough* "encouraged" *cough* to fix better meals than microwave meals... To...

    D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] Sniff ... Kobold Characters have -2 con now

Or a more interesting and challenging play. A kobold that excels in a non-kobold world would have to rely on his wits, rather than his brawn. I tend to see them as rogues more than warriors, or rare one would be a sorcerer. As a rogue, their size combined with the 30' speed would be a great...

    D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] The New Charge *sigh*

Re: Re: evil dm moment Actually, I wouldn't assume that at all. It precludes the classic "bumbling idiot factor", where you have a character that isn't smart enough to get out of your way. :). However, for playability sake, I've always allowed the "freely move through allies spaces" rule. :)...

D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] Help my bard contribute [Thanks guys!]

"2. Use ranged attacks and avoid melee. ... I guess I just don't like the idea of hanging back." It is a difficult role to play. I tend to be fairly gung ho and charge into the thick of things. My most recent character, however, couldn't do that. He was a dwarven cleric (which normally would...

    Starting PC Magic Items Question

For a "tournament" game we had a couple of years back, we limited the types of items that could be purchased as well as putting a "reasonable cap" on what could be spent on a single item. Depending on the level, this can be fairly broad like: No "Major" magic items. Or more specific like: No...

    Immortals d20

You may want to look at: Highlander d20 I've not used the material, I just wandered by the page at some point and bookmarked the url. :) Feaelin

    [Hero Forge] Still around?

The one that Airwolf mentioned I believe does generate a stat block for you. Follow the link he gave in his message above. :)

    [Hero Forge] Still around?

I've looked at that one. :). It has some features the one we used doesn't, but we've added too many things we wanted for us to switch from ours. There are a couple of other versions floating around the web, if you search. :) Feaelin

    Lorekeeper

So far, no one has been able to explain what happened, I've not been able to contact Lone Paladin (the author of Heroforge) or find any trace of him on the net anywhere. See this thread: Heroforge?

    [Hero Forge] Still around?

You should have my message in your inbox now. :) It's always fun looking at other adaptations. I see lots of things that I'd like to add to ours, in my ample spare time. ;)

    [Hero Forge] Still around?

Me too, I've wondered what happened to Lone Paladin. I've spent some time searching for him on the web (looking for his real name and handle) but I've not turned up anything but now-defunct links to the lorekeeper site. We've (my group(s)) continued our own improvements to Heroforge, so we're...

Funny Email From a Publisher re. Reviews

Re: Ahhhh They do to me, also. I bought the first product "Last Days at Constantinople" (spelling?). It was "okay". I loved the idea, I wasn't impressed with the presentation. I had plans to pick up some of the others, but I was too disappointed in the first to take the rest seriously, and...
