RAW though they count and also that is -2 to damage if you get into melee. To each his own I guess. We encourage a much more balanced character in our games.

Good to see more challenges for high level characters. Unfortunately the highest level characters in my games currently are level 8, but I will keep them in mind for a year or two from now when they get up in level!
