Sagiro's Story Hour: The FINAL Adventures of Abernathy's Company (FINISHED 7/3/14)

Did Dranko actually have some indication of what he would actually turn into? Or was him turning into something so powerful supposed to be a manifestation/representation of his delusions of grandeur? :)

My question would be does the magic pertain only to past events or would it effect future events as well. Think of all the crimes Dranko could commit and not worry about getting caught because if he did, his captors/accusers wouldn't be able to truly remember it was him at the trial.

Shouldn't Durkon be able to see that 'Thog' isn't an orc? He states he can tell the armor has an illusion enchantment, presumably from his True Seeing, so he should be able to see that the body is that of a human.

How much do you want to bet that 'Girard's buttcheeks' is how they refer to a specific landmark.

OotS #842is up! "All in the Family"

One could argue that V was 'under the influence' and as such is not fully responsible for his/her actions. It's a common defense that unfortunately works well in today's legal system.

I guess you win some you lose some.

My line of thought is you could still create the second but you'd need the first on hand to transfer the life force over. Otherwise, what's the worry over losing it. You could just continue to create phylacteries as you get the cash and whenever one is threatened/stolen, move it to another.

Would Xykon even know if his phylactery was destroyed? From everything I've found so far (in the core books), I don't see any special connection between a lich and its phylactery that would indicate that. As for creating another phylactery, I would think you would have to have the original on...

Sagiro's Story Hour: The FINAL Adventures of Abernathy's Company (FINISHED 7/3/14)

Boy do I need to go through the pdfs for a refresher. Good thing I've got two weeks of holidays coming up. I (now) recall the dragon at Verdeshane, and the one in the past. The dracolich is hard to forget, and I also remember the skeletal dragon, they were the reason I wrote '(live) dragon'...

That's a little disappointing. From what I've seen so far, Tarquin should be smart enough to know that you don't try to control something that's only purpose is to destroy the world you're trying to conquer.

Whoa, a dragon. Is this the first (live) dragon the company will face? What was everyone's reaction to learning who/what their target was? I'm guessing everyone was thinking they'd have to go slaughtering some great dwarven hero/leader or something.

Were there a lot of fighter levels to swap out? And what about Dranko, he's got a few cleric levels doesn't he? No dead gods/avatars for him to snatch some cool toys from? :)

About Farazil, can he just ride along inside someone? If not, looking back where there any indications not all was right with Flicker? I guess that probably depends on how long he was in Flicker.

The party should have cloned themselves a few times over so they could be everywhere at once. It worked for P :) Though technically those were simulacrums right?
