I've just noticed it. DMG says that you should add some magic items if you have more characters in the party, but should I up monetary treasure accordingly?
For example 1sl level monetary is 720 gp for 5 chars party, shouldn't it be 720/5*7=1008 gp for 7PCs?

I use such pins to mark bloodied (reds). And my fighter & swordmage mark enemies with yellow & green ones. If you don't push too hard the base is left almost undamaged. And by almost I mean small dots - there are scratches worse than this.
One daily (if you don'e use some other item instead) and the others the way their names suggest - once per encounter and whenever you like to use it. :)
It's not the shortcoming of the designers, but misunderstanding of players. Alchemy is intended for the low-magic campaigns without arcane (and perhaps divivne) power source. So remove wizards & warlock (and maybe cleric & paladin) and here... alchemy is useful and not that expensive. :)
It would be SOOO cool to have Monster Editor for DDI made the same way as Spore Creature Lab, but less cartoony and with option of adding powers, making all the stats and having virual mini, picture and stat block at the end.
