Some more suggestions that Deal with DM and Players and general assumptions:
1) The DM is always right. Players can NOT enforce rules because it is written in one of the books.
2) No fudging of dice rolls by the DM. Even if it means a TPK. Let the dice fall as the fall.
3) Not all Encounters...
Somewhere on his webpage he mentions that Malhavoc Press is the imprint for his 3rd Edition Stuff (including Arcana Evolved).
Everything not 3rd edition will be published under his new imprint.
Not true, I am german and live in germany and back 5 Kickstarter Projects (e.g. ACKS Companion and Rappan Athuk etc.). You might have to add extra shipping charges to your pledge, but most projects are available for non US residents.
