One thing I like about the prestige versions of the paladin and ranger is that they get 0-level spells, which their base counterparts do not (to my chagrin). I can't say the same for the bard PrC, though, because it allows bards to have access to spells that I don't think they should have...

It doesn't make sense to me that paladins and rangers don't get 0-lvl spells like bards. Instead, the designers made several 0-lvl spells into 1st lvl paladin and ranger spells, which makes no sense.

My "house" rule is that a miracle is required to raise the dead (with the hefty 5000 XP loss), in which case it operates as a true resurrection. If bringing someone back from the dead is not miraculous, then I don't know what is.
