I am curious about this too. My initial instinct was to go STR and use buff spells, but if you are using your weapon as a touch-spell delivery device, I would lean toward making INT the priority for the DCs and using buff spells to boost your attack/damage.
I'm not sure how hate speech by itself counters his point... it's just speech, as offensive as it may be. The riots in Greece or Vancouver, or the brutal violence on both sides of the Drug War in the US and Mexico would be a better counter-argument.
Just lost my rogue to one of these guys. Every time she saved on the stun, the grell was there to bite her again, and the cycle continued until death, while the other party members were busy with a Beholder. I think she got to act one round that entire encounter. Had plenty of surges too. :-S
Considering the stereotypes and historical inaccuracies in DnD regarding the assumed Western Middle Ages setting? I'd say about the same as we have now.
Standard 22 point buy, PHB races, Heroic Tier. (sorry) I know halfling would probably be the best, just don't particularly like the flavor of them. I would still be interested in the halfling builds people come up with, though.
I'm looking for the best way to do a base class artful dodger rogue multiclassed with Feylock. Is this feasible to do WITHOUT being a halfling? (Halflings are acceptable, just not preferred) Thanks for the input.

I will second the suggestion to use a variety of races... sticking with humans alone is kind of dull IMO. IMC the elves and orcs are loosely based on warring American Indian tribes. I could see a whole campaign based on Pre-Columbian North America including humans, elves, orcs, halflings, and...
