Im confused, how is it that you can get a LA +0 race with outsider type, darkvision 60 ft, misc bonuses to skills, +2 natural armor and a unique racial ability that meshes incredibly well with sneak attack? Comparing it to the planetouched races who are at LA +1 just doesnt look very fair.

"The creature can break free and move half its normal speed" Does this mean that, for a creature with 30 ft base speed, it can ONLY move 15 ft on the turn it breaks free? Can said creature use the run action to move 3x or 4x his normal speed then factor in the 50% speed reduction from the spell?

Seeing as how the only neutral paladins are in a dragon supplement, i dont think wizards bothered to make any real neutral paaldin PRCs. It shouldnt be too much of a stretch to convert the existing paladin PRCs to a neutral slant though.

Why take kensai then, if its going to force you to be a str 10 melee build? You could do Str 14 Dex 14 Con 14 Int 10 Wis 14 Cha 14.

Is the paladin going to be take levels in the elf paladin substitution class?

By the RAW you cant......im sure there are quite a few DMs out there who will go "Is it in the PHB? Nope then you cant have it.", but im not seeing any problems with metal hafted weapons......quite a few weapons in medieval times had metal shafts of some kind.

Cha mod to extra damage dice is not absurd. What are you thinking, that the iajutsu master will have a +10 cha mod? CC iatjutsu focus isnt going to be useful, and i cant really think of wizards, etc taking this. Its clearly a fighter type skill and you need to focus on it to do any good...
