[Adventure]: The Mark of Trogdor (DM: Dimsdale, Judge ??)

Tenchuu

First Post
OOC: If Rocco needs healing (status says he's at half health, but his stats say full health) I will use Inspiring Word.

Halleck stepped up and thrust with his blade. Cutting the beast, Halleck dropped his guard to draw a counter. The attack failed, but gave Skalisss an opening to finish the wolf.

[sblock=Note to other Players: Bravura]
Halleck has the Bravura Presence:
When an ally who can see you spends an action point to take an extra action and uses the action to make an attack, the ally can choose to take advantage of this feature before the attack roll. If the ally chooses to do so and the attack hits, the ally can either make a basic attack or take a move action after the attack as a free action. If the attack misses, the ally grants combat advantage to all enemies until the end of his or her next turn.

Melee characters might also want to save their AP until I hit with Withering Courage, so they can double dip on the +5 damage bonus.

Minor: ?Inspiring Word?

The target can make a melee basic attack against you as a free action and has combat advantage for the attack. If the target makes this attack, an ally of your choice within 5 squares of the target can make a basic attack against the target as a free action and has combat advantage for the attack.

[/sblock][sblock=Halleck's Log]
1. Thorkelson, a bald, tattooed man, entered the hangman's tavern and recruits Halleck and Vimak for a job. Thorkelson, needed some protection at the docks, but apparently had some sinister other motive, since he used drinks from the bar to drug Halleck and Vimak.

2. Wake up in the middle of a fight, being helped by strangers. Give the bandits a beating,

3. Get approached by the bandit leaders, who have two girls that look exactly like that one we want. The real girl is revealed, and natural, a fight breaks out. After we smash the goons, their leader, Hank the Tank comes out. And, eventually, Hank gets killed.

4. Get the real mission: deliver Lerrick to brother Buchta, so he can remove the mark of Trogdor from her forehead. The mark is in indicator to all that Lerrick has been chosen to be sacrificed to the dragon Bosch. Your quest as of now is to provide safe passage for Lerrick to brother Buchta so that he can perform the ritual. This includes taking her to the portal, traveling thought it, and then taking her from the portal to brother Buchta's place of residence.

First Post
The heroes, using teamwork, systematically put down the wolves one-by-one. In a fit of rage the dazed worg charges foward and leaps over the dwarf, giving the heroes multiple attacks at the exposed underbelly of the worg. Their response is brutal, but the Worg still stands. The last remaining wolf attacks Halleck and misses. The worg then roars. It is easy to see the evil in its eyes.

I plan on living forever. Or die trying.
Rocco rolls over big wolfs back just as he lands, moving before the wolf realizes what's going on and blocking it's passage further in the cave.

Falling down, he brings his axe on Grakk's side gauging deep groove sliding down.

OOC: Rocco's is wounded, so healing would be appreciated. Withering courage also, unless it's power bonus :)

Move: Pass Forward to E15
Standard: Villain's Menace vs Grakk AC; damage (1d20+13+2-1=32, 1d8.minroll(2)+1d8.minroll(2)+10=19) - MARK, Rocco gets +2 to hit and +4 to damage to the end of the encounter against Grakk.

MIDWAY THROUGH ROUND 7: Well...not really...but

As the fight continues between the worg and the heroes Lerrick reaches the alpha wolf. The other surround Lerrick as she inspects the alpha's wounds. I'm going to heal you now. Lerrick says with a warm smile on her face. The alpha nods her head as if to say that she is ready. Lerrick gently grasps the alpha's broken leg, being the worst of the wolf's injuries. She then closes her eyes and mumbles a chant, all the while the mark on her forehead turns from jet black to a blazing sliver hue. She then opens her eyes, which are now the same color. The warm flow of healing surge through Lerrick's hand into the wounded wolf. After a few minutes Lerrick is finished. As soon as Lerrick's original facial color returns, she looks at the alpha. Try to stand now true leader of the pack.

The wolf does so, moving a bit then stops. Arching her back she the engulfs a air in a deep breath and releases a long, ear piercing howl. It is clear that the alpha is back to normal. The wolf then turns back to Lerrick, motion her to follow her and the rest of the remaining pack.

OOC: Rocco and Raijin have made their moves. Quan, Halleck, Vimak, Nementah and Skalisss up.
