Eva's bolt brings down the other guard. You hear multiple roars of anger as a group of unknown foes see their comrade die in front of their eyes.

GM: Hang in there :) plenty of combat to go around...In fact, here comes multiple foes now... (update coming tomorrow :) )

The allies make quick work of the two guards, but not before one of them has a chance to warn others nearby. A group led by a much bigger dragonborn moves around the corner. Two guards stop and fire an arrow, one at Merri, missing badly, and the other at Ignus, which sinks deep into the monk's thigh. The large one moves forward with sword equipped, stopping just short of the allies, and unloading a blast of acid vapors from his mouth. Merri takes the brunt of the attack.

"Wait, I'll get this!" Eva says excitedly to Graven. She squeezes past him and, once she has only the guards in front of her, she raises both arms to cast a spell. A standing wave of radiant lights appears in front of the mage. It shimmers eerily for a moment before crashing forward into the next part of the room, slamming into all three guards. The pair in the back are scorched by the lights and drop to the ground motionless. The dragonborn is also burned, but he stubbornly remains upright.

OOC: Not sure what's going on looking at the map. I'm assuming M1 is the guard captain? Also, the stat block shows a G5 minion which doesn't appear to have had an action or show up on the map, so is it just the guard cap?

Also, from Sunday to Thursday next week I'll be in Disney Land (lol) so my posts will probably be erratic. If my turn comes up and I'm holding off an update then just DM-PC me.

GM: Yes M1 is the gruard captain. Eva just killed G3 and G4. G5 was a mistake, but I'm sure you'll run into him sooner or later :). Why I called the guard captain M1, I have no idea.

Ignus pounces at the guard captain but the large dragonborn is able to hold off his smaller draconic brethren without sustaining any major wounds.
