Another AOO Question

I know this has been asked many times before (dons Dunce cap)...

Do the AOOs from Initiating a Grapple, Disarm attempts, Sunder attempts, etc., count against your AOO limit during the round? Do you always get these AOOs? Or, if two people attempt a grapple against you, you can AOO against the first one, but the second one will get through for free...?

Unless I'm missing something (yeah, like that ever happens ), an attack of opportunity is used up, no matter the situation that caused it. Combat reflexes is the only thing I know of to get more than one.

An AoO is an AoO, no matter what causes it, and no matter how you choose to use it (trip, grapple, disarm, etc).
