Anathos watched the sand warily as they headed for shade.......it was not that he feard the spider, there were more terrible things in Qua'zecx Zoar'Ysh, (the Great green Hell in the trade tounge) no, but it wasThey that lurk beneath that he feared. The elders use to sing about them, how they use to be like his kin, lovers of the day star & singers to the great eye of the night. They would sing how their flesh hid the dreadful spirit within, how, when they were struck down, they nearly destroyed the world in their anger of being beaten....yes, that was what the elders said, but, like the other young kin, Anathos believed they were stories that were meant to make the children behave & not go where they should.....not go where they should.... . Anathos, with an odd shiver, brings his mind back to the present.....watching the sand....

Owenston regrets that they were not able to eliminate the taint in the woman. He is concerned that it may make the trip back more dangerous. He trudges on to shade.

Krit Ka crawls up in a shady corner and seats himself down in a meditative stance.

Owensten says "We should move on before sunset. We need to catch up with O'assis."

Snorting in concert with Yrgo, Vorgune shrugs at Owensten's logic. Vorgune thought sometimes Vorgune think like Feral, not like Man. Forget O'assis. O'assis need help, O'assiss pack-member' .
Vorgune says 'Yes, find O'assis, before Sunset good.'

When the sun is halfway to the horizion Owenston gets up. "We should move on. If someone can find water today, I can make it pure."

Krit Ka rises from his position. Right, group go, Krit Ka go with group. Finding water is good. Krit Ka looks at his surroundings and the stand of the sun, before making a few steps towards the direction he thinks the group is heading (following the route that layed them here).

Ooc: Your not falling for it.... Damn! LOL. I was wondering if any of you would actualy rest.

As the group trudges onward the sands get more corse and give way to rock and stone. You follow the tracks for 2 hours. Anathos who is running a bit ahead of the rest comes over a rise in the rocks only to stop short and signal the rest of you to stop.
As you all creep up to the rise you can see a lizard human asleep on the rocks below you. He is within arms reach but the warm sun has made his cold blooded nature drowsy. You all can see a makeshift settlement with 6 sentrys and one very tied up O'Assis under a sunshade.

Due to the heat you are all considered mildly exausted. -1 to srt and dex (temporary and will cure once you have rested.)
