Anyone else having an issue with characters being generated with all spells for all spell levels, regardless of the character level?

Yes. That's an issue we're working on right now I noticed that level 1 doesn't do it, but levels 2-20 does it. Any advice on the bug should be posted here.

I fixed the spells and Sorcerers now have correct spells.

Emirikol should be posting the revised NPC generator in the next day or two.
