Seriously, what's so wrong with feats and prestige classes? You won't buy products that contain feats or prestige classes?

Sorry about hijacking your thread...but to answer Meepo:

I buy a *lot* of 3rd party d20 stuff, and IMO most new feat and prestige classes fall into one of two categories: Unnecessary or Unbalanced.

Choices are great, but you can construct just about anything you want from the Core books without having to invent new rules and abilities.

YMMV, of course.

I am just thinking about diseases - and trying to figure out where to put such a section.

I would rather not talk about any more specifics - it could create problems with my submission.

Put it in with curses. They tend to go well together, diseases and curses.
