Goblin PCs

In the Goblin entry in the MM it says that Goblins mounted on Worgs get a +6 bonus to Ride and the act as if they have the Mounted Combat Feat.

So if you are a PC Goblin would this apply? Is it because of the conection between the Worg and the Goblin, because the Worg is intelligent or what?

I'd say it's all of the above, plus years of adaptation on both species' parts. It would apply for PC Goblins, as long as they can get a Worg in the campaign they're playing.

I'd also allow Goblins to take feats with Mounted Combat as a prerequisite, as long as they only used them while riding a Worg.

Now, we just need a Worgrider PrC, as a parallel to the Human Cavalier.
