I don't see Cha as Willpower at all. how is your ability to communicate and motivate people a measure of willpower?

and Wisdom is your ability to common sense the world. See things as they are. What does that have to do with empathy.

I think it's a weak connection but I can see the INT being related to intuition though I wonder if it being your subconcious wisdom would be more accurate.

Str as Morale makes no sense. Lots of strong people have low morale.

Dex and skill. Is it just physical skill in manipulation or are you trying to roll all skill to dex? swiftness I can see as dex.

Willpower first : having strong Will will certainly influence others;
you speak about motivating people; that I relocalyze to Morale Rating;
Morale Rating ( for those from 1st ed UA Cavaliers ) means resistance to fear as well as leadership;
what about Wisdom as general perception ?
to me, Wise Sages Teach things using a mix of Understanding and Dedication;
ok, Str as Morale does make not much sense; still it works under the Warrior's Path

Thanks a lot, I didn't use motivation in my process; I only was aware of Influence vs Relationship

( well, actually I did mention Motivation a long time ago, as the tool for Saggitarius ( Astrology ) )

furthermore, because you placed "motivation" there I have been able to merge Leadership with Resistance to Fear ( well, I think so )
so thank you ( this is a rare food for me )

isn't it silly to say that Orcs have a malus to their Charisma ?
if we assume that Charisma encompasses high personality,
and ugly faces bear strong Willpower,
then perhaps Orcs make low Rulers
( dunno if Chaotic cities are bad-governed, using opposition of
Law->Rules/Humanism vs Chaos->Freedom/Individualism )

??

Orcs don't have a Charisma malus that I know of.
