D&D General half-orcs and bad Charisma

Orcs don't have a Charisma malus that I know of.

Not anymore no. They did for a very long time however, over multiple editions of the game, including the current one.

grrr! it would cost me a lot, but I must assume that, it is Demons ( also called Brutes ) who are Strong
so we would need to swap Demons with Devils :
