How does pact initiate work?

If i multiclasses my character with pact initiate i get 1 skill from warlock skills & i choose 1 pact, and i get the pacts at will power as an encounter power. (P.208)
All fine but in the multiclass feats table on page 209. it says warlock skilltraining, eldritch blast encounter power.
My character is going to take fey pact does that mean i will have eye bite or does it mean i will get eldritch blast???

The table is wrong. You get a skill, and the at will from the pact you chose ( infernal -> hellish rebuke, star -> dire radiance, fey -> eyebite)

Yes indeed. As discussed elsewhere, this is not the only inconsistency in the 4e PHB feat tables.
