The bugbear cleric takes a 5-ft step south and casts Unholy Blight centred on Sir Tymbeck. It is a 20-foot radius spread, which means it goes through the door and out into the corridor. The blight hits the living altar and the portal. However, since the portal is now inert, the blight doesn't damage the genie.

All good and neutral creatures must make a DC 15 Will saving throw.

Good creatures that fail their saves take 5d8 points of damage and are sickened for 1d4 rounds. On a successful save, the damage is halved and the sickened effect is negated. Neutral characters take only half as much damage on a failed save, and they are not sickened. Neutral characters who make the save only take 1/4th of the normal damage.

Vitus is protected by his sanctuary spell. @TaranTheWanderer, let me know the DC I need to beat for the spell to penetrate through Vitus's spell.

Dungeonbred gives +4 str and +4 con, but size reduction reduce Str and Con by the same amount. So, no benefit to saves. It's just a way to keep the monster equally strong.
