The Cleric looked at Salazar quizzically, "A quick painless end is a mercy compared to what this one will face later. I don't like suffering and to that end a quick, painless death may be the best it can hope for. You know that 'questioning' will an unpleasant affair right?"

Salazar shook his head, “Questioning it will only be an unpleasant affair if we make it such, there are more effective ways to get answers.”

Thinking for a second Salazar continued, “we should get going, we can decide what to do with him after we get the information we need.”

 

[Charwoman Gene]

You are able to move the bugbear fairly easily and meet up with Sildar outside.

"Congratulations on your victory," he says, eyeing the bugbear. "I intend to continue on to Phandalin, and would gladly pay you 50 gold pieces to escort me."

[sblock=DC 10 Medicine]The bugbear is badly wounded and not likely to wake up without some healing. If nothing is done and you simply wait, he will die eventually.[/sblock]

Roy: "I agree. Let's grab the loot, collect what's his name, & see if anythings eaten our horses yet."

 

[River Song]

Brother Lantern looks over their captive, "Either dispatch him now or I will be forced to tend his wounds. I won't leave him to suffer."

OOC: If no one stops him, Brother Lantern will use his Healer's Kit [roll0] after he checks that the restraints are suitably tight.

Roy: "Sold. Hold on a moment. There's something we need to take care of."

Roy heads back into the cave in order to set the wolves free.

Roy: "Well, unless you can speak to the dead you'd better get busy cause he's not looking too good...."

Evelyn nods her greetings to Sildar and sets Klarg down on the ground.

"We're heading back that way already, I expect. We can bring you along."

She shrugs at Brother Lantern and allows him to tend to the Bugbear's wounds, not quite sure how this will pan out if Klarg resists or attempts escape ... or for that matter, what they'll do with him if he spills everything. Still, those are bridges to be burned when they come to them.

Salazar stood next to Brother Lantern, “Let us bring him around, see what he knows. Then we will have to decide his fate.”

 

[Charwoman Gene]

Roy:
The wolves are gone from the cavern. You suspect that the goblin you let free may have taken care of it on the way out.

All:
Brother Lantern tends to Klarg and the bugbear slowly wakes. He struggles at his bonds but the hold fast. He shouts, "I will crush your bones into powder!"
