Venus, get Irene leveled up and then start posting actions. Assume she's gotten control of her pony & is back there w/Nurlan and Somac. Don't forget to email knight Otu & Nimisgod, or simply post it in OOC here when you've got her leveled up. They both follow this thread.

"Ha, Ha! Excellent work, bard!" cries the barbarian as Nurlan takes out the goblin.

Seeing his own difficulty climbing the boulder, and given that there is only one more goblin atop it, he regathers his bow and fires at the remaining goblin, hoping to get lucky.

Welcome back Venus. Nurlan's spirits will be lifted when he sees Irene back in action.

Nurlan is still singing, "The best goblin is a dead goblin...", as he sees his crossbow bolt improve the nature of one little critter. He reloads his bow, his eye on the foe remaining atop the boulder. This thing shoots well, he thinks, even though it is slow.

(Yep, I believe Irene still needs updating)

Seeing the creatures rise from the sea, Ashnar tries to remember if he heard of these creatures before (Int +3, if applicable), and warns his companions.

So much for trying to follow Jezibel.

Ashnar will try to get to Charlarns side at the hut, just a few steps out of melee.

Round 6

I'm going to keep this moving. I think you should go ahead & post, Venus.

Somac picks up his bow and shoots again, this time imbedding his arrow in the goblin's chest, and sending it tumbling backwards out of sight.

Charlyn successfully guides his horse a few steps East, and begins the casting of his spell. (which takes a full round)

Nurlan can restate his action, now that his target is downed. Tor & Irene can act whenever they like.

Ashnar takes a double move to within 10 feet of Charlyn. Ashnar can't identify the sea creatures exactly.

Rinaldo fires off a bolt at the ogre, and wishes he'd knocked on wood after his first two shots, having now missed 4 times in a row.

Tenebrynn moves 30 feet, almost to the back of the hut, and unleashes yet another of his trademark magic missiles at the ogre, sending up a small burst of steam from its flesh. (3 pts)

The hogoblin takes a look at the scaly newcomers and hightails it back into his hut, slamming the door behind him. The ogre reacts similarly, dropping his huge crossbow, and running a curved path to the cave entrance, while drawing his massive falchion from a sheath on his back.

The scaly humanoids advance onto the shore. Two take up positions in front of the cave entrance, cutting off the ogre's advance. The other two move swiftly forward over the sand on webbed feet towards the hut. One reaches the door, the other reaches Charlyn, stabbing up at him with its trident. Not for the first time today, Charlyn is glad he is wearing mail, as the trident deflects off his sturdy armor.

Ashnar notices two more of the sea creatures in the bay, about 20 feet off the beach. Both shoot crossbows, one at the ogre, missing, the other at Ashnar himself, and is only deflected at the last moment by his mage armor.

Nurlan was reloading his crossbow this round, and that still seems the most appropriate course of action. He'll pick a target (perhaps after moving) next round.

At the time he reloads, he is assuming that the sea-creatures are on the same team as the goblins and the ogre. At the end of the round, he realizes that there are three forces fighting on this battlefield, and he's thinking of ways to keep the other two targeting each other.

Tenebrynn moves up to the corner of the hut and fires another magic missile at the ogre stuck out in the open.

I just realized it's already time to submit orders for said "next round".

Nurlan moves forward 20' to get closer to the action. Realizing that the only enemy immediately threatening his allies against whom he has a clear shot is S4, that is who he targets, taking the penalty for avoiding any risk of hitting Charlarn by mistake.
