Funny that this comes up now, being an old fart...back in the 80s disco was tested to break up riots, it was only a study at the time but they were trying to use it to counter mob mentality / rage.

Why, those poor brown people are only trying to make a living! The ships have more than they need and should redistribute the goods among the poor. What a shame that the poor people have to brave dangerous oceans just to make a living.
