Sensing her opportunity to heal, Eleria 5-foot steps behind Xir and drinks a potion of Cure Light Wounds: 3. She takes cover from the door if possible.

Round 3
-Abdul steps back from the doorway slightly, loading his crossbow in preparation.
-Dropping the first centipede from his spear, Elthic turns and stabs the second one with a well placed blow! As he kicks the twitching creature from the end of his weapon, Eleria shrieks from behind him. Turning to look over his shoulder, Elthic sees her standing in the open doorway to the south. He can’t see much more than some webs in the room to Eleria’s right.
-The large arachnid seems to flinch as Eleria lets out a blood-curdling scream. It adjusts its position on top of its web and raises its abdomen beneath it. The creature’s spinneret’s blur as it generates a large web strand that is suddenly fired right at Eleria! Shutting her mouth and finally un-rooting her feet, she barely manages to dodge the net-like strand that splats and sticks to floor right where she was standing.
-Xir turns away from the dying centipede that Elthic stabbed and rushes into the room to face whatever threat is causing Eleria to scream. Tumbling past Eleria just as she dodges a web strand, Xir finally catches sight of the bloated spider sitting atop it’s web 10 feet into the room above the bed. Trying to get into position to attack the creature, Xir runs right into a wall of thin webbing that he didn’t manage to spot as he moved. He was able to make it just within arms reach of the spider, but now he’s so entangled in webbing that his movement and attacks will suffer unless he can get himself free.[sblock=OOC]Xir’s entanglement causes him to have -2 on attack rolls, - 4 to DEX, cuts his speed in half, and prevents running or charging. To attempt escape, he can try an Escape Artist check or a Strength check to burst free. Either one is a standard action. "When it rains, it pours!" Elthic grumbles, and moves into the room with the spider, making sure to keep his eyes open for any webbing. He'll move so he's beside Eleria. As he moves, he'll draw a dagger, and throw it at the spider if he is able.
(OOC: Tried making an attack roll, but IC seems to be down. +2 attack, 1d4+2 damage).

-Abdul moves into the bathroom and past the twitching centipedes to stand before the doorway of the web-filled bedroom. Seeing an arachnid the size of a pony startles him a bit, but he raises his crossbow and fires regardless. The creature is quick though, and ducks slightly to avoid the shot which buries itself with a thunk somewhere behind the creature.
-“When it rains, it pours!”, Elthic grumbles as he moves into the room past Abdul and stops just inside the doorway. Pulling a dagger out of it’s sheath, he judges the distance before flipping the weapon half a turn to hold it by it’s blade. Throwing the dagger hard, it whistles as it spins through the air but goes too high and misses the creature.
-The spider raises its abdomen again and lobs a thick strand of webbing at Elthic. Its aim is thrown off though as it dodges the dagger flying towards it from the dwarf and the strand of webbing splats against the desk and chair to the west of Elthic.
-Xir strikes out at the spider with his mindblade, but the creature dodges his blow with ease. The clinging webs stick fast to his body, covering half his face and nearly gluing his long black ponytail to the back of his head.
-Eleria clears her throat after the screaming she did before as a tune begins to run through her head. She remembers the song about a valiant battle against dark spiders in the Elven forest a few centuries ago. Her father told her about the infestation which had been a threat to his merchant business until they were destroyed by a heroic group of elves. With a smile, the song slips out from between her lips. Starting quietly and slowly, it quickly picks up in beat as the martial sound of battles long past seem to fill the room. Though the words are in Elven, Eleria can see that her companions feel the music as she does. Their actions are more determined and the hope in their eyes shines bright enough to douse the doubt they were beginning to feel as the creature they face remained uninjured so far.
