REALLY Low Level Monsters

Some people object to how tough creatures like goblins and kobolds can be at 1st level, or want something that's more of a step between a minion and a full fledged level 1 monster. These rules are for them.

I have NEVER had this problem. I think it might just be my party, but they managed to kill some of my own fiendish creations, as well as the rest of the normal kobolds. In all they beat 4 encounters (boss included) and a theivery skill challenge involving sneaking past several dire kobolds. With no rests.

Bottom line, i've never had issues with this kind of thing.
