The reservation is set (and can be adjusted minorly, of course, for adds & drops). For those of us who were there last year, we'll be on the main floor this time, instead of the balcony (which is a good thing).

The restaurant has asked that whenever possible, people bring cash to pay their bill (we were incredibly lucky last year that our server actually split the check amongst the twenty-some odd folks that were there). Cash, of course, expedites the process for everyone, but of course, if you can't then you can't (entrees typically ran in the $8.95 to $16.95 range, and beers were around $3-4 each, as I recall).

Gotcha on the money thing. I'll have to remember to hit the ATM before I hop on the plane.
Werd. The manager wasn't being douchey about it so much as just pointing out the obvious: cash makes it easier for them to get us out quickly when we want to get out (and most of us probably remember the Italian Restaurant Debacle of '07). ;)
