ditto! the strong would torture and kill the weak until in the end the evenly matched would kill eachother. have you devised plans for what the pc's will do with the castle afterwards?

If the demons succeed in their task they will be free from their curse. Death does not free them.

I won't put any restraints on the PC's if they want to keep the castle. They will probably end up with it as most "normal" people would not want to own the "Cursed Demon Castle". Party will be around 18-20th level when they encounter this adventure.

Have you read any Sluggy Freelance? The Dimension of Pain there is about what you'd get. In the Dimension of Pain, all the demons have already eradicated all the good in their world, so there's nothing left to do but sit around and complain about how bored they all are, inbetween fits of torturing each other, but that isn't nearly as effective.
