Out of curiosity, why the hate for Waterdeep? Just over used?

These threads tend to skew heavily towards FR-hate (or at least FR-exhaustion).

That said, it'd surprise me a little if Waterdeep falls before Menzo does; people seem more averse to Drow as a whole than they are to FR as a setting. Still, Waterdeep is the iconic FR city, certainly in the 5e adventures published so far, at least.
