"A puppy is not even an option if you cannot cast the spell I'm afraid or I might be tempted to take you up on it. And you are right Guile (I hope its Guile thats brown) it is draining much more than just my physical form. Perserverance is all I've got left, then that's what will have to do." replies Tenebrynn.

"If you use the potion and pull an all-nighter, I could prepare Baleful Polymorph and then zap you into a puppy in the morning. I'm a Transmutation specialist, so I do have the spell, just not on me."

(OOC: How close is Rinaldo to 9th? I'm not convinced that Hogarth has fallen behind Rinaldo's level - 2, especially since I've been delegating an XP share for it. If Rinaldo hits 9, Hogarth can easily hit 7)

Ashnar frowns at the lack of options. "Baleful polymorph will keep you out of the coming fight, but it will keep you stable indefinitely. One way or the other, we will go into this fight weakened. I suppose we could explore the sealed section for potential aids, and when we find them, use them. If we find the diamond dust, we might split up so you can receive a stoneskin. And before we take this Crux out of the tower, Senex could then polymorph you."
