YUP- looks like the COTHT stuff (along with mordys emporium and another book) is in limbo until WOTC 'figures out the best way to bring it to us' (paraphrasing).
Ravenloft setting- don't hold your breath. On hold. no ETA.

We have about 5 new products: 2 sets of fortune cards, 1 set of tiles, and two new books, though one was guessed at.
NO Adv PHB, Adv DMG, DMG III, NO bridge product between essentials and 08 4E.
Also, as noted, some more delays, cancellations. Though one of these was pretty confusing. Also included info I thought was interesting on products we have heard about.
D&D Fortune Card Sets: two new sets: Glory of Neverwinter, Fury of the Feywild
The Shadowfell: Gloomwrought and Beyond (May): Box with tokens, players book, encounter book, city map, tactical map, and “deck of despair”
Monster Vault: Threats to the Nentir Vale (June): Boxed set of npcs/monsters from groups and factions. Includes a versatile building map - can decorate with yor own accessories/tokens/tles to make it a tavern or a temple, or whatever else.
Neverwinter Campaign Setting (August): Similar format to Dark Sun, GM and Player in the same book
Madness at Gardmore Abbey (September): Box with tokens and Deck of Many Things and treasure cards
New but rumored: Player’s Option: Heroes of the Feywild (November)
New!: Book of Vile Darkness: Tied to the SyFy Original Movie, Unsure of the movie’s release, Book release may shift to meet/match the movie release. More than just a 4E take on the book. A lot of crunch, but a lot more flavor.
Conquest of Nerath (June): More Axis and Allies style. HUGE box with a big map showing more of the world around Nentir Vale. Shows several of the factions in the area. Faction based on the Nentir Vale area/adventurers, Elven Faction, Evil monster faction, Lawful-Evil Slaver / Infernal Posessed faction
Legend of Drizzt (October) Castl Ravenloft, Wrath of Ashardalon, cross-compatible.
New: Shadowghast Manor (Dec): HauntedHouse style tiles
Ravenloft Boxed game/setting: Put it on the shelf, as we feel it isn’t ready yet. Very experimental - want to try and decide a better focus for it.
Champions of the Heroic Tier: “ The content of that book has been split into other books.” “Hero Builder’s Handbook has much of that content” This is pretty confusing, as the Hero’s builder book was also axed.
Also: Red Box is the only product in mass market now

Of the products announced at Gen Con: 4 cancelled, and 2 in limbo.
So its a sudden slowdown for sure. But if the stuff is good, that should count for more.
